It is a Heavy Duty pipe cutter that was made in the USA
The cutting wheel looks good on it with not chips or problems
It is stated that this is for 2 - 4 inch size pipes
Overall it is approx. 24" long, it is heavy and very well made
I think these are approx. 0 when new
