A recent estate find from a lady in her late 80s that did costuming. Great condition the ribbon has two strings at the end as you can see. It measures 9 inches across and the portion that goes a top the head is 5 inches across. Constructed of midnight blue beading with a lighter blue top..saucer style with a three dimensional affect and a ruffle top. Meant to tip up at one end. A fancy hat for a fancy little girl!
